When EA releases its latest earnings, it will provide an update on the overall revenue for both Q3 and FY2025. There will also be updates on currently known in-development games from the company as well as a lookback at games that were released during the current fiscal year. Lastly, the company prepared investors for lower-than-expected net bookings after it revealed that both EA Sports FC 25 and Dragon Age: The Veilguard failed to meet internal revenue expectations.
With the lower results, EA adjusted its expected net bookings for the quarter from $2.4-$2.5 billion to $2.21 billion.

Lastly, EA said that 74% of all net bookings for the prior 12 months came via Live Services.
What Are Earnings Calls?
Quarterly earnings calls are meetings held publicly traded companies to provide updates on their overall financial performance. Typically, these calls are open to shareholders, analysts, and media to call in and ask questions. The public, regardless if they’re a shareholder or not, is also able to listen to these calls live as they happen.
Alongside the calls themselves, companies will often put out a press release and presentation with important details included ahead of the call taking place. This allows investors, analysts, and media to prepare coverage or questions based on the information provided.
