Those diving deep into The Zone in STALKER 2 will come across many PDAs on their journey. These electronic devices are used by Stalkers to navigate and track the Chornobyl Exclusion Zone, and they’re handy for many reasons. You’ll use your own PDA every few minutes, but what do you do with PDAs that you find in STALKER 2?

What Are PDAs For in STALKER 2?
PDAs are littered all over The Zone, and almost always, they serve a purpose.
Most of the time, they’ll have a little lore on them or they’ll detail an interaction between two characters. Other times, they’ll point you towards a stash or a hidden item, which is neat.
Lots of PDAs in STALKER 2 contain information that you’ll need to advance a mission, and you’ll often find them alongside bodies or packs that have been stranded or lost in the wild.
What To Do With PDAs in STALKER 2
Now that you’ve found a bunch of PDAs, what do you do with them?
You sell them, of course.
When you’re finished with a PDA, you can sell it to a trader – but the average PDA isn’t worth much. Some are tied to quests, and they’ll have that fact indicated by the orange icon in the top-left of the PDA’s image in your inventory. Most of the time, you’ll pick up just a few Coupons for each PDA – but it’s free money, effectively.
If you come across a PDA in STALKER 2, it’s worth picking it up and reading it or listening to whatever has been recorded on it. At the least, you’ll learn something cool about the game, and in the best case, you’ll be directed to a nearby stash.
