As someone who subscribes to Xbox Game Pass for the opportunity to check our lesser-known and upcoming titles, I’m always excited to learn about something I had my eye on launching on the monthly pass. Right now, I have my sights set on Warhammer 40,000. With that said, is Space Marine 2 on Game Pass?
Can You Play Space Marine 2 on Xbox Game Pass?
Unfortunately, Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine isn’t available on Xbox Game Pass and won’t be anytime soon. When asked about the prospect of the game launching on the subscription service, the developer simply said, “No.”
Saber Interactive’s previous horde shooter, World War Z, did inevitably launch on Xbox Game Pass. It was removed for a short time but eventually returned to the monthly subscription service, much to the excitement of many. Could Space Marine 2 follow suit? It’s not happening right now, but who knows what the future holds?!

What Time Can You Play Space Marine 2?
It’s almost time for the official launch of Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2. If you pre-ordered the Gold or Ultimate Edition, you’ll receive early access to the game beginning September 5/6.

- New York: 12:00 PM (September 5th)
- London: 5:00 PM (September 5th)
- Moscow: 7:00 PM (September 5th)
- Tokyo: 1:00 AM (September 6th)
- Sydney: 2:00 AM (September 6th)
If you chose to wait for the “release day” to play the game because you didn’t want to pre-order, then you can play on September 9/10 at:
