During The Game Awards 2024, The First Berserker: Khazan got a new trailer that confirms this week’s leak.
Nexon’s soulslike will be released on March 27, 2025 and will sell for U$60, 10 dollars less than the industry standard price.
The story stars Khazan, the general of the Pell Los Empire. Once considered a hero, the soldier is betrayed by the emperor and reborn as a Berserker, a cursed warrior with gigantic power and explosive attacks driven by rage.
I had the opportunity to play a closed beta of the game and came away with very positive impressions. The combat is very responsive and the visuals are beautiful, structured with a cel-shaded technique.
Judging by my time with the game, it will serve as an excellent introduction to the DNF universe. When talking about the game’s development decisions, Neople pointed out that the idea has always been to use a character beloved by DNF fans in order to deliver a narrative that keeps players engaged.
The development team has also promised that long-time fans will be able to experience new stories and passages that have never been explored in the original DNF material before, so both newcomers and veterans will come out on top in terms of narrative.

From Software should have adapted Guin Saga into a game. Someone should and a darker faithful anime adaption.
