Star Wars Outlaws Gets New Roadmap Up To First DLC Release

Ubisoft has released a new roadmap for Star Wars Outlaws that looks at current plans for the game between now and the release of the game on Steam and its first DLC pack.

The roadmap includes three title updates between October 3 and November 21.

“Our team is currently working hard to address your feedback and deliver new content,” they said via social media. “More title updates will be heading your way in the coming weeks along with the release of our first story pack on November 21st.”

The next update, Title Update 2, will have a focus on “bug fixes and improvements” and launches on October 3. On October 24, Title Update 3 will focus on quality of life improvements for the game. Finally, Title Update 4 will launch on November 21 and include updates to combat and stealth while adding free additional contracts.

As mentioned above, the game’s first DLC story pack launches on November 21. Star Wars Outlaws: Wild Card has Kay and Nix “infiltrate a high-stakes Sabacc tournament where they will face off against the legendary Lando Calrissian.”

Full details on all of the Star Wars Outlaws title updates from the roadmap will be available in the coming days and weeks.

  • Totally disagree with the bad reviews. This is the most real feeling Star Wars game of the Disney era. Sure there are plenty of things that could be better, but you can finally get lost in the Star Wars world for hours on end. It took a few missions to get into it, but I’ve you start jumping around worlds, it’s awesome. People will disagree probably, but a lot of them are likely the endlessly tedious running on wall after wall after wall in the latest borderline linear Jedi Survivor crapfest.

  • I’m having great fun with this game. If you just barge through it playing the main missions, you’ll probably have a horrible time. That is not the way it was designed to be played. I have a good reputation with all clans and that eases the stealth required for many missions. Get into the whole game and stop trying to Balboa all the missions by trying to block everything with your face. Can’t understand the hate for this Game other that it was written by Ubisoft. Jedi survivor wall run, force jump, wall run, force jump for ever. That got old real quick and they based the whole game on it.

  • I am having fun with Outlaws. Do not believe all the bad reviews. The game is actually pretty good once you get past the intro/tutorial portion of the game. There is some repetitive stuff, but that is almost all games anymore.

Honestly I think the game would have better sales if Ubisoft put out a 2 to 4 hour demo version to allow people to try it before buying.
