GSC Game World has revealed that Stalker: Legends of the Zone, which features three classic Stalker games, will be released on Nintendo Switch in November. This marks the first time that a Stalker game in any capacity has wound up on a Nintendo console. This means that Shadow of Chornobyl, Clear Sky, and Call of Pripyat will all be released in one fell swoop on Nintendo’s flagship platform – and they can be purchased individually or together as a bundle.
For The First Time
GSC Game World announced that not only are the three Stalker games coming to Nintendo Switch but also that they’ve been fully optimised for the handheld platform. This includes support for the various ‘modes’ that the Switch supports, gyroscope integration, and touchscreen controls.
Stalker is a legendary first-person survival shooter series with roots stretching back over two decades. Presently, the team at GSC Game World is hard at work developing Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl, a massive open-world title that fans of the franchise have been eagerly awaiting for several years.
It was recently delayed, but it should hit the market on November 20, which is around the time that the Legends of the Zone bundle should be deployed on Nintendo Switch.
By doing that, GSC Game World ensures everyone can get a terrifying taste of this masterful post-apocalyptic series.
Will you be picking up one of these Stalker games on Nintendo Switch?
