PUBG’s 31.1 Update Adds Clan Challenges and Missions

PUBG is still one of the most popular battle royale games in the world, and it enjoys a thriving competitive scene thanks to KRAFTON’s ongoing support of the ecosystem. Today, the team announced the arrival of the 31.1 update, which ushers in new ‘Clan Challenges’ and exclusive missions for members looking to unlock some bonus content simply for playing the game.

Major Updates

PUBG’s 31.1 update introduces a rotation of weekly Clan Challenges designed to give players more meat on the bones of the in-game ‘team membership’ mechanic. By completing a series of challenges that rotate regularly, players can unlock exclusive rewards and points that will ultimately enable their Clan to unlock better ‘classes’. The higher the class, the more valuable the rewards – and so on.

If Clan Members are hitting their targets every week, they’ll unlock Clan Tokens, which can be exchanged for a range of in-game cosmetics, other tokens, and extra content. The KRAFTON team has also expanded the customisation options within Clan profiles.

Alongside these changes sits the arrival of Season 31 of the game’s Ranked platform. This is a typical inclusion and it’s just another lap around the track for most players. Also, KRAFTON has brought in a new ‘Muzzle Brake’ attachment that players can equip to a range of rifles (and some shotguns) to aid with recoil management.

Are you still playing PUBG after all these years?
