Revenant Reveals Unseen Cutscenes for Phoenix Labs’ Canceled Game ‘Project Dragon’

Revenant has released a previously unseen cinematic of Phoenix Labs’ canceled Game ‘Project Dragon’, which was set to be called ‘Everhaven’.

The game was canceled earlier this year after three years of development and internal struggles to save the game. But as a part of the game’s cancelation, Pheonix Lab’s lifted the projects NDA’s, meaning that footage and images of the project can be shared. Revenant has decided to release a cinematic cutscene from the game.

In addition to the cinematic, Revenant has also released some previously unseen images of the project on its website here.

In a press release, Luke Angus, Head of Animation at Revenant, said, “As an animator, this was one of those dream projects that doesn’t come along very often. It’s full of fantastical creatures, a gorgeous art style, and lore as deep and realised as it was beautiful. Getting to work on seven different films in this world provided an opportunity to explore a range of animation styles, each one inspired by the rich narrative of the character at its core.”

Revenant would like to give credit to the following artists for their work on Project Dragon, also known as Everhaven.
