NRG Hosts Valorant Event With Intel, Featuring Gaming Pros

To help celebrate its newest processor technology, Intel has teamed up with the popular esports team, NRG, to host a night of gaming fun. The event will feature various NRG Valorant pros and different gaming influencers as they face off against each other in a series of Valorant matches and more on PCs holding new Intel technology.


NRG x Intel to Host “Ignite the Night” Gaming Event

Led by NRG, two of the team’s biggest Valorant pros, s0m and FNS, will be leading a series of games with hand-picked teams that will feature other pros and gaming influencers. The event will occur tonight (October 11, 2024) in person in Los Angeles at the NRG Spectrum Castle.

Not only will the event be full of gaming action, but it will also feature a special edition of the Intel! Live community show.

All gamers and influencers participating will face off against each other in a series of Valorant matches on high-end PCs powered by the new Intel® Core™ Ultra 285K desktop processors from CyberPowerPC.

New NRG x Intel Event to Feature Interactive Zones for Fans

One of the best parts about this event is the fact that fans can attend. Not only that, but NRG and Intel will be including various Interactive Zones for people to test out different Intel technologies.

All attendees will have the opportunity to try out these different pieces of Intel tech in the following Interactive Zones:

  • The Intel Laptop Lounge: Gamers can test their skills and experience elite gaming on the go, with laptops powered by Intel® Core™ mobile processors.
  • The Streamer Zone: Showcasing how Intel® Core™ Ultra desktop processors enable gaming, streaming and creating.
  • The iBUYPOWER 1v1 Octagon: Offering fans the chance to face off against NRG Valorant pros.
  • The MSI Showcase: Where gamers can see the latest PC components and hardware while testing their precision in a competitive Aimlabs course.
  • The Team Deathmatch Area: Featuring fast-paced VALORANT action, powered by NZXT and ThermalTake systems.
  • The Newegg Showcase: Challenging PC DIY enthusiasts to a speed-build competition.
