Nintendo has announced a Treehouse: Live showcase for this week, featuring hands-on gameplay for Switch 2 games.
When is the Nintendo Switch 2 Hands-on Gameplay Showcase?
Nintendo Treehouse: Live will be hosted on two days, April 3 and April 4. The presentation will begin at 7:00 AM PT and 10:00 AM ET on both days. Nintendo Treehouse Live hasn’t taken place in two years. The last one was hosted in 2023, and it featured a gameplay presentation for The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
What to Expect from Nintendo Switch 2 Treehouse Live?
As announced, the Treehouse Live event will focus on ‘hands-on gameplay’ for Nintendo Switch 2 games; however, which games will be showcased are unknown. Recently, details about Switch 2 Exclusive and Switch 2 Edition games were accidentally revealed, sparking rumours about existing Switch 1 games receiving upgrades for the upcoming console.
Players might expect the recently announced Pokemon Legends Z-A to receive an upgrade, and many in the comment section hope Silk Song is showcased. However, Nintendo has not officially confirmed any game for the Switch 2, so players will have to wait for the Treehouse: Live event to know for sure.
