Nintendo Announces Indie World Showcase For Wednesday

Get ready for more Nintendo Switch fun as Nintendo has announced an Indie World Showcase show for Wednesday, April 19.

The event will run for 20 minutes and feature new game reveals as well as updates on titles coming to the Switch.

“Join us tomorrow, April 19, at 9:00 a.m. PT for a new [Indie World] Showcase,” Nintendo said via Twitter. “Tune in for roughly 20 minutes of reveals, announcements, and updates on indie games for Nintendo Switch!”

The show is scheduled to air on the company’s YouTube channel. You can watch it via the video below when it airs.

No games have been mentioned or teased as being a part of the showcase. That said, Nintendo usually features over a dozen games whenever it holds a showcase like this, so fans should expect to get a nice dose of information.

One thing to remember, though, is that because it’s an indie showcase, don’t expect updates on games like Pikmin 4 or other Nintendo titles.

What are you hoping to see from the Nintendo Indie World Showcase? And no, you can’t say Hollow Knight: Silksong.
