Miraibo GO is set to launch on October 10, bringing a free-to-play ‘Pal-like’ experience to gamers worldwide. It has just been revealed by Dreamcube, the game’s developer, that pre-registrations for the title have exceeded 700,000 users, and if the grand milestone of 1 million pre-registrations is hit, everyone will get exclusive rewards.
As a fusion between Palworld, Pokémon, and Fortnite, Miraibo GO looks like it’ll be the next title targeted by Nintendo’s legal team, once they’re done with Pocketpair.
They’re Being Too Obvious
In Miraibo GO (not to be confused with Pokémon GO), players hunt and capture Miras, a range of monsters and creatures that can be captured in small balls and stored in your pocket. They’re like pocket-sized monsters at that point.
Pocket monsters, if you will.
In a press release, Dreamcube offered a profile for one of the ‘featured Miras’ named Voltzee, a simian-style monster with electrifying abilities:
One of the featured Miras, Voltzee, with its purple fur and vibrant yellow crest, loves to play tricks but is also a powerhouse in combat. Voltzee generates power, chops wood, and aids in crafting at your base, proving invaluable both in battle and in construction. In combat, Voltzee unleashes Thunder Sweep, firing an electric barrage from its assault rifle, giving you the chance to turn the tide in your favor.
Miraibo GO will launch with more than 100 Miras to capture and train. There are survival elements written into the core of the game that’ll see players eating, drinking, and crafting shelters to survive.
If you’ve been hungry for something like Palworld or Pokémon but don’t want to invest in either title, you can consider playing Miraibo GO on mobile or PC when it’s released on October 10. It’s just a case of installing the game, picking up your Mira-balls, and heading out into the vast open-world environment.
Oh, did I mention that you can run around as a scantily clad character in an outfit that leaves little to the imagination?
Yeah.
