Microsoft Apologises to Jyamma Games Over Enotria Delay on Xbox

Earlier this week, Jyamma Games announced that Enotria: The Last Sony has been indefinitely delayed on Xbox due to communication issues with Xbox, and how now updated players that Microsoft has since apologized.

I spoke with Giacomo Greco, CEO of Jyamma Games, about the issue. He confirmed that the studio has had communication issues with the publisher for a number of months. The lack of communication meant that the developers had no choice but to delay the game for the platform, but he assured me that once the issue is resolved, they’ll get the game on Xbox as soon as possible.

Today, Greco updated fans of the game on Discord. Greco wrote on Discord this morning, “They [Microsoft] contacted us and said sorry about the situation, we’re trying to solve everything as soon as possible”.

At the time of writing, Jyamma Games is yet to confirm when Enotria will be released on the Xbox version, but the game will launch on PC and PlayStation 5 on September 19, 2024.
