Following the announcement of Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii, SEGA also unveiled the game’s collector’s edition, featuring a copy of the base game, a slew of digital items, and a handful of physical goodies to satisfy long-time fans of the franchise. Here’s a complete overview of the Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii Collector’s Edition!
Everything in the Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii Collector’s Edition
If you’re a fan of physical video game memorabilia and a long-time fan of the Like a Dragon franchise, you’ll probably want to score the collector’s edition for Pirate Yakuza. Regarding collector’s editions, I’m on the fence about this one. There are many cool knickknacks, but they don’t feel overwhelmingly meaningful.
- Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii (Base Game)
- Acrylic Standee (6″ Tall)
- Pirate Flag
- Eye Patch
- Treasure Coin Pin
- Digital Deluxe Content
- Legendary Pirate Crew Pack
- Legendary Outfit Pack
- Ship Customization Pack
- Extra Karaoke & CD Pack
I’m honestly a little disappointed the game’s collector’s edition doesn’t include a statue or art book. The acrylic standee feels like a cheap substitute that most will forget about quickly after opening the box.

Just when you thought the Like a Dragon franchise couldn’t take a more odd turn, they announce Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii. Goro Majima, an ex-Yakuza, wakes up on a remote island somewhere in the Pacific Ocean, unable to remember anything from his past, including his name, and must embark on a pirate-laden adventure to uncover the mysteries of his journey here.
The most significant improvement here appears to be the combat, which looks more visceral and fluid. You can even jump while performing attacks! Oh, and you can customize your ship and assemble a crew to terrorize the open oceans!
Speaking of upcoming games next year, we recently reported that Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 requires a staggering 64GB of RAM to run optimally! In the meantime, join us on the official Insider Gaming forums to discuss the latest Like a Dragon game and more!
When fans said they wanted a Majima game this isn’t what they meant. The franchise has gone downhill for too long.
None of that stuff is worth a fraction of that mark up. If I see acrylics, I know it’s a BS CE
