Konami has just released a financial update covering Q1 FY25 (April 1 – June 30), and the numbers are looking good. In the breakdown, it was revealed that the company reached record-breaking peaks in this opening quarter of FY25, with sales being boosted by up to 24% year-over-year.
Speaking to what’s coming next, Konami outlined the road ahead, detailing the top-tier titles coming as part of a hefty content roadmap that includes some real heavy hitters.

In the financial update, the firm revealed that digital sales were up 33.4% year-on-year, with special praise being given to eFootball 2024 as a leader in the space. The Japanese titan also confirmed that the 25th-anniversary celebrations of Yu-Gi-Oh! have been remarkably well received, and the sale of merchandise is continuing in earnest.
This diversification will continue to be driven by the firm going forward. In a segment of the financial update, Konami reiterated what’s on the horizon, including the remake of Silent Hill 2 (coming October 8) and the launch of an all-new title, CYGNI, on August 6. The latter title is a side-scrolling shooter that aims to bring the somewhat antiquated genre into the modern age.

- Suikoden I&II HD Remaster
- Metal Gear Solid Delta
- Silent Hill f
- Silent Hill: Townfall
There are some busy days ahead for Konami, but the future is looking bright.
