Is Remedy Games Teasing Alan Wake 2 DLC?

Remedy Games could be teasing Alan Wake 2 DLC. That’s what many are assuming after the studio updated their social media profile from Remedy Games to “Poison Pill Entertainment” on Wednesday.

They’ve even updated their YouTube channel to “Poison Pill Entertainment”.

Night Springs is a (fictional) town in Arizona that acts as a location within the Alan Wake Universe. Night Springs also happens to be a TV in the universe that acts as a parody of The Twilight Zone.

Alan Wake 2 was released in October 2023, and became Remedy’s “fastest-selling game” ever. At that time, Remedy CEO Tero Virtala said that the studio wasn’t done with the game after the success of its release.

“We will continue to develop the game to serve existing fans and attract new players and expect the game to continue selling well,” he said.

Geoff Keighley even acknowledged the change, leading some to think that a reveal could happen at Summer Games Fest on June 7. Even Remedy creative director Sam Lake has hinted to something being revealed at the event.
