Does EA Sports FC 25 have Crossplay?
Yes, EA Sports FC 25 has crossplay support but the devs have grouped this feature by platform generation. This means you can play against other players if their devices are from the same generation:
⦁ PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (current-generation consoles)
⦁ PlayStation 4 and Xbox One (old-generation consoles)
So, in case you are playing on a PS5 and trying to queue up with a friend on Xbox One, you can’t do that.
You must remember that out of all the game modes, crossplay supports only Ultimate Team, RUSH, Co-Op Seasons, online-friendly matches, and Pro Clubs. Nintendo Switch players won’t be able to enjoy the feature.
Can you disable crossplay in EA FC 25?
Yes, to disable crossplay, all you need to do is:
⦁ Head over to the Settings from the top-left corner of the screen.
⦁ Open Online Settings.
⦁ Select Matchmaking Options.
⦁ Choose “No” beside the Cross-play Enabled option.
Does EA Sports FC 25 have cross-progression?
No, EA Sports FC 25 doesn’t have cross-progression support. So, if you were planning to play the game on two platforms, let’s say PC and PS5 together sharing the same account, you can’t do that.
You will have to start afresh and build new teams to play.
