If you’re having trouble finding the secret levels in Astro Bot, you can breathe now! We’re going to help you find all 10 portals that unlock the game’s secret levels.
Each constellation has two portals that unlock secret levels. Since many of them are incredibly well-hidden, we’ve prepared this guide to assist you! Once you unlock a portal, the secret levels are grouped in a constellation called the Lost Galaxy.
To earn the platinum trophy, you’ll need to find all the stages and collect all the bots and puzzle pieces within them.

Where to find the secret levels in Astro Bot
Gorilla Nebula – Creamy Canyon:
You need to destroy the ice seal. Lure the little pink pig, pull its tail and throw it at the seal to unlock the Funky Fungi stage.
Gorilla Nebula – Az-Tech Trail:
Progress through the level until you reach a path with a russian doll and four torches. You need to extinguish the four torches using the superpunch.
Use the ladybug to jump and extinguish the two at the top. After that, you’ll unlock the Fan Club stage.
Tentacle System – Go-Go Archipelago!:
After defeating Captain Pincher at the end of the stage, don’t complete the stage yet.
Look back and you’ll see that a blue hole appeared under one of his claws. The portal to the secret stage is in this burrow. It opens Light Bulb Limbo.
Tentacle System – Downsize Surprise:
Progress through the stage as normal until you come across a cat playing with the lock. To his left is a platform with a glass that can be broken using the jump thruster. This will release an air duct. Transform into Mini Astro and climb up.
On the way up, you’ll find a frog. Blow on DualSense. It will release water bubbles. You’ll see a bot to be rescued and a party globe which is the entrance to the secret stage. It will unlock the Out of the Box stage.
Serpent Starway – Free Big Brother!:
After freeing the Big Guy, it will stop raining. You’ll see an ancient ruin nearby.
Go into it, there will be two buttons with lightning symbols. Use the nearby enemy to energize these buttons and open the door with the portal. It will unlock the Ghouls & Bots stage.
Serpent Starway – Bathhouse Battle:
Proceed through the stage as normal until you see the chimney. Use the Big Sponge shape to put out the fire.
Go to the next cliff, climb the cherry tree and enter the chimney to find the portal to the next secret stage.
Camo Cosmos – Hieroglitch Pyramid:
At the end of the stage, you’ll have the chance to explore the left and right corners. The secret stage is on the right.
Use the iron ball shape to activate the pedal and reach the top. Get ready because two moving walls will appear. Push the correct bricks and enter the portal to the secret stage Rocket Pull Power!
Camo Cosmos – Balloon Breeze:
As soon as you get the Astro Bot inflation power, do a little backtracking to the ladybug, punch it to the opposite edge and jump to reach a new platform with a lot of flowers.
Do Astro spin attack, then jump to the next higher platform.
When you reach there, use the DualSense minigame to cut down the bamboo, uncovering the portal. Use the lightning from the double jump to energize it and enter the portal. This will unlock the secret Danger Dojo stage.
Feather Cluster – Djinny of the Lamp:
At the end of the stage, don’t step on the platform. Look back and climb the stone pillar. Notice that the stone will glow. This is your clue to the invisible platforms.
Keep looking at the ground to see where the broken platforms are and glide towards them. When you reach the top, hit the magic carpet to open the new secret stage. The name is High-Suction Hero.
Feather Cluster – Frozen Meal:
Progress normally through the stage until you reach an area where two penguins are near a gigantic snowball.
Notice that next to where the ball is, there is a ledge that you can climb over. Push the ball to the edge, climb onto the snowball and pull the mechanism to release the portal to the level.
