The Terminus Music Easter Egg is one of two in Black Ops 6, and like any other Easter Egg in Call of Duty history, there’s a convoluted series of steps you must complete to hear the super-secret song. Our walkthrough shows you everything you need to do, where to go, and how to complete this fun side quest.
Zombies hasn’t been too memorable in the last few CoD installments. In fact, it hasn’t left a lasting impression since Black Ops Cold War’s wonderful array of Zombies content: Die Maschine, Firebase Z, Forsaken, and the debut of Outbreak.
But with Treyarch at the helm, the creator of the game mode has regained control of the reins in Black Ops 6 and steered the fan-favorite mode back into the spotlight. Liberty Falls is a tremendous map with great detail, and Terminus’ blacksite bloodbath is just as captivating. The latter has a fun Music Easter Egg tucked away, so let’s see how to activate it.
Terminus Music Easter Egg Walkthrough in Black Ops 6
Instead of waves of paragraphs, I’ve condensed the Terminus Music Easter Egg method into one, easy-to-read list for you to keep track of your progress in case you get lost in Black Ops 6:
- Load into Terminus and turn on the first AMP Generator.
- Head toward the next AMP Generator—using the mission objective marker—and use 750 Points to open the locked door.
- Once they open, head straight, and go down two flights of stairs.
- At the bottom of the second set, go around the corner to the right, and you should see a lamp on a barrel.
- Go to it, look at the headset on the barrel, and hold the reload button while looking at the headset (see “Headset one” above).
- Next, carry straight on like you were before, turn right, as the purple arrow on the wall dictates, and pay 1,000 Points to open the newest locked door.
- Go inside, and turn on the next AMP Generator.
- Once this is done, carry on through the other newly opened doors, run through the Rec Yard, go up the stairs on the left, and enter the Mess Hall.
- Veer left—past “The Arsenal” machine—and pay 1,250 Points to open the next locked door.
- Once you’re through, go down the stairs, go down the hill, and go past the Armor Wall Buy option.
- Follow the linear path, and pay 1,500 Points to clear the locked door AKA the big stone wall.
- Head toward the objective marker, and eventually, you need to pay another 1,750 Points to clear another door.
- Go into the big Bio Lab room and activate the final AMP Generator.
- Staying inside the Bio Lab, run around the outside of the room until you go past another “The Arsenal” station.
- Near it is a set of stairs taking you up to the next level, and you need to carry on running to the other end to ascend a final set of stairs.
- Once you’re at the top, immediately turn right, and the second headset is on a unit—next to a shining light (see “Headset two” above).
- After this, return to the original spot where you opened the “big stone wall” in step 11, and go right through the unlocked gate.
- Follow the path around and pay 1,500 Points to gain access to an underground mine area called “The Mining Tunnels.”
- Inside, almost opposite the PHD Flopper Perk Machine is a group of barrels and junk in a corner—the second headset is on here for you to hold reload at (see “Headset three” above).
If you have done this correctly, the Terminus Music Easter Song triggers, and you can now enjoy “Can Your Hear Me (Come in)?” by legendary Treyarch composer Kevin Sherwood. The banger of a track also features a vocal performance from Mëttle lead singer Megan Rice. Suffice it to say she kills it (quite fitting) and it enhances the Terminus Zombies map experience.
