Black Myth: Wukong features several adverse status effects that will cause you to slowly take damage over time, whether an enemy is hitting you or not. They’re rather bothersome; if you’re not careful, they’ll lead to an untimely death. Take, for example, Poison. It’s one of the most annoying. Here’s how to remove Poison in Black Myth: Wukong!
How to Get Rid of Poison Status Effect in Black Myth: Wukong
There are three ways to rid yourself of Poison in Black Myth: Wukong: waiting, Antimiasma Powder, or visiting a Keeper’s Shrine. When you’re in the heat of battle, waiting around for a status effect to dissipate isn’t the most viable option. It’s usually a death sentence. But that’s where Antimiasma Powder enters the picture. It’s the quickest and most effective way to remove the Poison status effect in the game.
You can hold up to nine Antimiasma Powder in your inventory at once, and each one is single-use and instantly removes Poisoned State while also boosting your Poison Resistance for a short period. It doesn’t last very long, so get your hits in now and deal with that troublesome enemy inflicting Poison!
Alternatively, you can visit a Keeper’s Shrine. By resting at the Shrine, you’ll rid yourself of all status effects, not just Poison, and then you can go about your adventure. But when you rest, all regular enemies will respawn in the zone, so be wary of freshly spawned enemies waiting around the corner.
Lastly, you can wait it out. Most status effects in Black Myth: Wukong have a timer, and if you have enough life in your health pool or enough charges in your gourd, you’ll survive the Poisoned State!

But to ensure you have enough in your inventory for any occasion, visit a Keeper’s Shrine and purchase some from the shop. They’re not overly expensive (180 Will), so don’t worry about spending all of your Will in one place!
