Where are my Medics at?

With the recent news of the next Battlefield, I sure hope they bring back the basics of the Medics. Shock paddles and Medkits have repeatedly change the course of winning matches!

I mean… I’m no medic, but I have appreciated them over the years. You’ll find me in close quarters all day!

Whenver I am in that role I do fully embrace it, even on a larger map with smoke grenades in some of them like BFV (esp a Medic in BFV effectively had 5 smoke grenades, damn useful).

Personally I think one of 2042's right calls was to merge heal+revive with resupply into one class if we're sticking to a 4 class system (Vs 5+ Classes of ye olde BFs) still. Like personally Assault should be anti-tank with other combat stuff, Support heal+resupply, Recon doing recon things and Engineer doing repairing, foritfying and besieging (yes, I'd give Engineer the AA launcher with Assault AT Launchers).

Medic is the most versatile class in the game and provides the most complete game experience, I look forward to them bringing it back! It's more satisfying to get a headshot across the map as scout or get 5+ kills as assault and clear an objective, but for the all around experience, they need to bring medic back.

Yesssss, trying not get hopes up about new BF, but yeah I've mained Medic since Bf2. Really wish it would go back to its own unit, though i don't see it happening. Never really liked the merge with assualt. Used to love the L85 on BF2, maybe bias though as i'm a Brit!
