Spiderman 2 DLC/ Upcoming remakes

Hey everyone whats exactly the state of the DLCs for SM2 will they be free, is there a season pass, will they ever come out? Also will there be remakes to games like killzone and god of war who are approaching anniversaries.

I don't think there is DLC for SM2. Insomniac are working on a Venom game (like Spiderman Miles Morales) that will be your next hit while we wait for Wolverine.

In terms of remakes of Killzone and God of War, I sincerely doubt it. The best you get might be some PS5 patches for Shadowfall and God of War III Remastered or re-releasing the originals on PS5 via backwards compatability.

Backwards compat would be great, but I don’t think it is something they’re actively working on. The Spiderman Multiplayer game got cancelled

No one can really answer that question, but given that Sony are seeing the benefits of having a vast library of games you take with you into other console generations, I am inclined to think it probably will be.

That big Insomaniac leak suggested no paid SM2 DLC IIRC like SM1 did.

If a venom game is announced I expect Spider-Man 2 will get an update / dlc to boost hype around it.

I mean it would be nice if Spider-Man 2 got some new DLC and especially a big one like the Spider-Man game that came out in 2018... But I won't be surprised if they moved on to Venom etc. and won't do one... But I hope that's not true and something about it will be revealed in 2025 though since I doubt something will be revealed about it at The Game Awards 2024 but I would be very happy if it did happen though!
