Silent Hill 2 or Until Dawn?

Gaffe had a good video. One of these games is going to flop. Which one do you think will be the winner and why?
 
I will say, I was surprised by how good the visuals were on Until Dawn remake. I thought the original was still decent; but much better graphics than Silent Hill 3
 
I am getting Silent Hill.

Until Dawn has VERY limited gameplay. It is like watching an interactive movie. Once you've seen it all, are you going to pay £60 to play the exact same thing again but a little prettier than before? Especially when the Until Dawn is one of those games that people remember looking better than it was when it launched, probably due to the use of actors. Everyone looks like their real life counterparts so until you see the remake running side by side with the original you don't really notice the improvements.

SH2 is a full remake, different gameplay style than the original, retains the story and themes but we're talking a PS2 game remade on PS5.

I do think Silent Hill 2 remake will perform better. Of course, Sony has really hit it's core audience over the heads with unneeded remasters and that feels like Until Dawn. But it looks amazing.
