The game still feels unfinished. Map rotation is non-existant, credits serve no purpose, and visual artefacts show up nearly every match. Forcing players into new instances after each game often leads to repeated maps or half-empty lobbies, making the experience feel repetitive and boring. Progression is slow, and new players are at a clear disadvantage without high-level cards. Co-op XP boosts are appreciated, but the mode feels like a chore and most would rather be playing Supremacy or Galactic War. Why not let us spend idle credits to speed up progress?

EA’s anti-cheat doesn’t inspire much confidence either. Rage hackers appeared in BF2042 just days after its rollout and likely would still be there if the game weren't dead. Kernal AC's seem to penalize legitimate players with performance issues and crashes while cheaters mostly slip through. A better approach might be a community review board to assess reported gameplay, a shadow ban system to isolate offenders, and more responsive server-side monitoring of suspicious player behavior.
