Or is it the same thing as with any other sport, the often cliche "father time is unbeatable" thing?
Years ago there's the debate between Ninja & Tfue about being the #1 videogame player on the planet. Sort of like Steph Curry vs Lebron James.
Seeing Ninja in tournaments was always something because his energy was contagious, showmanship, etc & you can clearly know the passion he has for gaming.
Whatever the case I just hope gamers from every walks of life but especially eSports guys give Ninja his flowers & sense of gratitude because he brought legitimate mainstream notoriety to our favourite hobby, sort of like the rising tide that lifted all our boats in that regard.
IMO he is the Stephen Curry of videogames...
