Anyone that own/purchases the game/DLC before delisting will be able to access their purchased games/content after removal. LittleBigPlanet 3 is $19.99 on US PSN.
LittleBigPlanet 3 (PS4) and its DLC will be removed from PSN on Oct 31st.
