Hmm it's either full price... Or if we're lucky so is it a $10 upgrade type of thing... But tbh I think we'll have to pay around $40-$70 for this.
 
Think of all the stuff Playstation could've remastered instead of a game that still looks well above average even vs today's new releases (Naughty Dog you too) AND is playable still across console and pc.

Infamous, Killzone, Ratchet & Clank early games, Bloodborne, God of War trilogy...
 
I don't really get this one either, unless they are remaking it using the full Burning Shores engine, but even then.

I can't imagine I'll be getting it unless there's the $10 upgrade path.

But, if you haven't played it or FW, and are perhaps getting a Pro, it's going to look spectacular.

Yeah ofc should be the best version of this game.
 
I understand the idea of a remastered if the game is released, let's say, on PS3.. maybe starting with PS4, but in no case for a game that already looks good, on PS5 it can be played even excellently, I don't feel that the graphics are not good (it's not like in HFW, but I don't think it's worth it either)... I'm tired of remastered/remade games that aren't worth it, there are so many IPs that would have a better chance
 
To me this just further illustrates the fact that companies are so desperate for 'safe sales' that instead of pouring resources into new untested IP's they just remaster the hell out of games they know have a following. For those who have never played the game this is great for them, but it just feels like a cash grab.

Hit the nail on the head -- blazing through money and time remaking barely aged games. Even as an exercise for devs between games, they could remake/remaster older games.
 
This is their way of making every cent they can on all their single player game, I think all first party title are destines to have a pc release and a remaster
