In September 2022 a major "network intrusion" happened at Rockstar Games that gave us the GTA 6 gameplay footage from a very early build. It is now claimed that this leak came from Rockstar India after an employee fell for a phishing scam initiated by Arion Kurtaj.
While under police protection and having had his laptop confiscated, Kurtaj managed to hack into Rockstar Games' servers using an Amazon Firestick, a hotel TV, and his mobile phone. He leaked 90 clips of unreleased gameplay footage from GTA 6 and threatened to release the game's source code unless Rockstar contacted him within 24 hours.
