This showcases the benefits of the pro much more deeply than the official reveal and highlights some particularly nice upgrades, like ray-tracing and fps boosts. The video definitely helps categorize who the ps5 pro is for by showing off what it does chiefly, to improve the experience đź‘Ť

I am not going back to replay all those games. But it's nice to know what it is capable of for the future games that I do buy on it.

Yeah they make the point that if you're a big fan of ray-tracing or higher fps modes in games, the upgrade is very noticeable and definitely a pro (no pun intended) for the argument of whether it's worth it?

Especially compared to a pc at a similar price, the combination of power and hassle free gaming is much greater.

Amazing video tbh... I mean I was already sold on the PS5 Pro before it even got officially revealed and this just made me even more excited for what it'll bring to us until the PS6 is out!

Seems like the Pro definitely has some worthwhile enhancements over the PS5, but man, $700 + tax for a mid gen upgrade with no disc drive can't be justified for my own personal purchase. I wish we knew Sony's cost for the unit.

Ive not messed with a PS5 but is a midgen for that cost really worth it for the graphical upgrade you get? Ive got a X and it looks great It would need to be a spectacular jump for me to even consider an upgrade at this time.

My personal opinion is that it's not worth it at that price point, however I've also never been one to get mid gen upgraded consoles. I'm of the same mindset as you--the biggest technical leap is always gonna be from one generation to the next, and that's enough for me.

And that's fair enough... But if you ask me so is it worth it if you can afford it as it's a bigger difference than going from a PS4 to a PS4 Pro FYI. But hey man do what you feel is best for you and the PS6 should be very good indeed!

Yeah by all means, I'm sure the Pro is solid and if people can afford to upgrade go for it! I never had the PS4 pro so I never really saw how significant an upgrade it was over the launch console.

Exactly... But I am sure that for those who can afford it so will there be a noticeable difference and it'll be worth it when we're not getting a PS6 until Holiday 2028 at least and it might even get delayed until Holiday 2029. But I think more people will get a PS5 Pro once it gets a price cut and has more games that will convince people to finally get one and be happy about it... Which I am already now from what I've seen/read about the PS5 Pro and I think I'll be good until the PS6 is out in like 4-5 years!

I hope third party publishers don’t phone it in on Pro Enhanced games. 1st party always look great and get the most out of tech
