My top 3 has got to be:
1. PARASITE EVE 2 - I've been waited for this for so long now & you bet I ain't losing hope ok !!! Seriously tho why Square hasn't done it baffles me. The original was simply a true alternative rival to Resident Evil games & if I say so it's even better (didn't play PE1 tho). Just do it Square please

2. OTOGI - This game holds up to this day (along with its sequel). But I fully expect to Fromsoft to give a remake justice if they were to do it. Today's tech would def do wonders of the games fully destructible core. If they won't do it then just a re-release would shut me up
(similar to what they did with Metal Wolf Chaos).
3. XENOGEARS - This 3-disc PS1 classic JRPG was so stunning & ahead of its time because it combines 2D sprites with 3D mechs. The game is just so epic but often forgotten nowadays. Aside from MS Saga (great game on PS2 too), this was the Gundam RPG we never knew we salivated for
