As Astro Bot is out now worldwide and the 3D platformer title is one of the best games of this year, here's some heard stuff about the future of the title and an upcoming downloadable content, which is set for an announcement later this month.
Astro is now a mascot for PlayStation and Team Asobi, the studio behind the franchise is hard at work to spread the experiences as a sequel is officially in the works alongside a free downloadable content (DLC) by the end of 2024. However, while on the Astro Bot's presentation in the next Tokyo Game Show (TGS) event we've an official name, it heard by various sources that the announcement will be in the event. The in-development DLC is reportedly to have more VIP bots to rescue from Assassin's Creed, Stellar Blade and more. We would wait a few days to see. Sony Interactive Entertainment has a bunch of other things to show such as Death Stranding 2: On the Beach – in the development under the title of Ocean – Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, Infinity Nikki and more.

I hope so man as I need more Astro Bot stuff ASAP!
 
It would really be interesting to see Astro DLC announced so quickly, but personally I can't wait for any kind of new content, especially if we can recover more robots.
