I've been thinking about getting YouTube Premium because I watch a lot of gaming videos, trailers, reviews, and random YouTube content every day.
The ads are getting a bit annoying, but I'm not sure if Premium is worth paying for just to remove them. The background play and downloads seem useful, especially when listening to videos or watching content offline. Those are actually some of the main reasons people consider Premium in the first place.
I've also come across YouTube Premium APKs, including versions shared under the YTModz brand, which claim to provide Premium-style features such as ad-free viewing, background play, and downloads without a subscription. I'm curious whether people actually use alternatives like that or if they prefer sticking with the official Premium plan.
For those who have YouTube Premium, do you still feel it's worth the money after using it for a while? Or did you cancel it because the free version was good enough?
