Probably. Was just figurative speech to say they had some financial incentive to port it to PS4/5 and Switch. PC was probably just an afterthought once the codebase was working on x86.

I wonder what kind of games are financially suitable for R*? I think its just new games on GTA and RDR2 and for remakes and remasters they probably dont have much interest but I think it is growing since we did get remasters of the trilogy plus a remake of Max Payne, could be so that they can revive the MP IP
