I don't know where I stand on this; yes piracy is wrong but at same time Nintendo doesn't release every game it owns on its Switch store where in fact THEY CAN, they just chose not to for whatever reason, so people find other ways to play them 🧐

Either way it's a sad situation because I'm very much in favour of game preservation nevertheless 😔.

I wonder why Sony nor MS don't sue guys as hard as Nintendo 🤔...
