I agree with this. I've seen quite a few livestreams where it's kids using it as a chat since you can push it off for like a month to go "live", but you can still chat and stream yourself. The reason they do this is to get around restrictions that their parents set up on all of their apps. Since the parents just think they're watching videos on YouTube, they don't think that there's a way around it to message people, even though all other texts and things are being monitored. The kids figured it out but it's still not right.
