I can't say I'm surprised, but could this mean a GTA 4 Remaster is potentially in the works?

If that were the reason, I don't understand it. All this mod does is attract more people to the game. If a remaster were to be released, this mod wouldn't cause it to lose sales, at least I don't think so.I can't say I'm surprised, but could this mean a GTA 4 Remaster is potentially in the works?
On the other hand, Rockstar Games follows Razed, the creator of Naturalvision Evolved, the biggest graphic mod for GTA V, on Twitter. He has never had any problems in years of development. I don't understand why Rockstar allows some mods and not others.
