so my timeline has been this:
Feb 25th: CEO emailed and said that my email was in the wrong list, and he was personally handling it. Since my game wasn't available, he asked if PS giftcards would be fine. I replied thats fine and thanked for the response back.
Feb 27th: CEO emailed "enjoy, happy gaming!" and "will supply today"
I followed up twice between the 28th-3rd.
March 4th: CEO emailed: Back from travel, processing today asap. We are a small team and I have to process things myself. I hope you understand.
I thanked him for the update.
March 11th comes around with no response, so I sent another email to check in, then another yesterday.
