In a new cinematic trailer today, the official Fortnite socials confirmed that the Tesla Cybertruck will release tomorrow.
The trailer didn’t showcase any gameplay. However, it did offer a clear look at the Cybertruck’s official in-game look, as it tows along some heavy vehicles.
The new trailer clarifies that “some optional content requires purchase and/or gameplay to unlock.” It did not include the actual pricing and V-Buck value. Still, fans can likely speculate on the cost based on similar previous DLC.
With a separate post on X, the Rocket League team also confirmed that the Cybertruck would be available tomorrow.
This follows yesterday’s cryptic tease, but the post only reveals one image of the new addition. At this time, the devs did not offer any details about other potential themed cosmetics like custom trails.
The vehicle closely resembles its real-world counterpart in both games, which capture its unique design. Many fans quickly responded with humorous jabs at the Cybertruck’s reputation.
Rocket League just celebrated its ninth launch anniversary earlier this month. This coincided with an adidas collaboration and Festival of Football event. Season 15 also kicked off last month with the new Nissan Fairlady Z vehicle.
Some new Fortnite leaks also just surfaced today for Chapter 6, teasing possible new movement mechanics. Fortnite is currently running its Cursed Sails event, which launched sooner than expected.
