What Are the Final Fantasy XVI System Requirements?

With Final Fantasy XVI finally coming to PC, we’re looking at the latest RPG from Square Enix—previously only available on PS5—and we’re impressed so far. It looks gorgeous, and the PC features appear worthy, but how are the Final Fantasy XVI system requirements? Can your system run the game successfully?

Final Fantasy XVI PC System Requirements

Overall, the Final Fantasy XVI system requirements don’t appear too egregious. That is, until you spot the storage requirements! This massive game will eat up your SSD in one big gulp, so hopefully, you have enough room to accommodate yet another extensive RPG!

Does Final Fantasy XVI Have Controller Support on PC?

When Final Fantasy XVI launches on PC on September 17, it will do so with complete controller support from the get-go. You can use a DualShock, DualSense, or an Xbox Series X|S controller—even a third-party controller you scored for a few bucks from Walmart—to play the RPG.

It’s probably best to play with a controller. After all, this is a console RPG designed for the PS5 and is now being ported over to the PC!

On the topic of RPGs, we’re now one year into Starfield, so will Shattered Space save the game?
