More and more companies are getting involved in esports. DHL, the popular logistics organization, has officially announced an extension of its partnership with the esports tournament organizer, ESL FACEIT Group. This is a multi-year deal that will showcase the brand across various ESL broadcasts.
DHL already has a prominent presence within the Snapdragon Pro series, which is the world’s largest mobile esports competition.
ESL FACEIT Group Extends Partnership With DHL
DHL first found themselves in a deal with ESL FACEIT Group back in 2018. In those six consecutive years working together, DHL has obtained immense success from the partnership, with a result of gaining more than 10,000 job applications just since 2022. It is a no-brainer as to why the company is choosing to continue working with ESL.
Not only will DHL be a title sponsor for ESL, but they will also be managing the logistics of staging and broadcasting technologies required for events, such as DreamHack and more.
“Through its partnership with EFG, DHL has become a brand that inspires gaming fans like none other,” said Rodrigo Samwell, Chief Commercial Officer at ESL FACEIT Group. “We see thousands of fans chanting ‘DHL’ at our live events, and the love the esports community shows to DHL is nothing short of extraordinary.”
ESL has been consistently adding more and more partners to its brand, making it one of the biggest names in esports.
“That support is a testament to the fact that EFG’s and DHL’s joint long-term strategy resonates with the most important people: our fans.”
The industry continues to thrive as more and more brands are beginning to partner with esports.
