FromSoftware and Bandai Namco have announced the release date for Elden Ring Nightreign. The game is set to launch on May 30, 2025 and will retail for $40 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
The news off the release date confirms an earlier Insider Gaming exclusive that more information on the game was scheduled for this week.
In addition to the release date confirmation, the studio also released a new trailer for Elden Ring Nightreign, showing off more gameplay from the upcoming co-op title.
Network Test Sessions Soon
With the Elden Ring Nightreign release date confirmed, the next step is the network playtest for the game. Starting February 14, those who were selected for participation will be able to play a small portion of the game.
“This large-scale Network Stress Test is designed to evaluate various aspects of the online system’s functionality and performance,” Bandai Namco said. “We are looking forward to your cooperation to make Elden Ring Nightreign even better.”
The network tests will start on February 14 and run through the weekend at various times. Those include:
- February 14: 6am-9am ET / 3am-6am PT
- February 14: 10pm-1am ET / 7pm-10pm PT
- February 15: 2pm-5pm ET / 11am-2pm PT
- February 16: 6am-9am ET / 3am-6am PT
- February 16: 10pm-1am ET / 7pm-10pm PT
First announced at The Game Awards 2024 in December, Elden Ring Nightreign is a co-op spin-off game for three players set in the Elden Ring universe.
