Motion Twin, the creators of the popular Dead Cells, has released over 15 minutes of gameplay for its new game Windblown.
“Join us for the first 15 minutes of Single Player gameplay in Windblown,” the studio says in the description. “In this short (ish) video, we’ll take you through the basics, as you’ll experience what it’s like to step into the shoes of a Leaper for the very first time.
“We won’t spoil too much though, as you’ll need to dive into Windblown yourself later this year to see how fast you can really go!”
First revealed at The Game Awards 2023, Windblown is an action roguelike centered around fast-pace movement on combat. According to Motion Twin, the game will feature unique weapons and abilities as well as combat that is “tough but always fair.”
In addition to being played solo, Windblown will allow for up to three-player co-op. Details on how the game’s co-op multiplayer will function will be revealed by Motion Twin in the future.
Windblown launches in PC early access later this year with a full release to come later on. A firm early access release date has yet to be revealed.
