In a game all about space, you’ll spend much of your time on land in Star Wars Outlaws. But you’re traversing multiple massive planets, and that’s impossible on foot. It would help if you had a high-speed speeder bike and not some rundown piece of junk. We’ll teach you how to customize your speeder in Star Wars Outlaws!
How to Customize Your Speeder Bike in Star Wars Outlaws
Your first opportunity to customize your speeder in Star Wars Outlaws occurs at Toshara, specifically in Mirogana. Right beside the landing pad at the rear of the settlement, before the Imperial checkpoint, there’s a small shop on the bottom left along the inner ring of shops near the landing zone. There, you can speak with the merchant to customize your speeder. She offers you access to Paint Jobs, Trinkets, and Trophies, which you must first unlock through gameplay, as pre-order bonuses, or in-game cosmetics sold via the microtransaction store.
If you play via Ubisoft+, you’ll have access to all the available cosmetics from the Ultimate Edition, including the rather sweet Rogue Infiltrator Paint Job, which you can see in the screenshot above.
But this merchant isn’t the only one that’ll help you customize your speeder bike. You’ll find various mechanics at settlements and cities spread across the game, and they’re always marked on your map with a speeder icon. Track down any of them to tweak your bike to your liking!

How to Upgrade Your Speeder Bike
Alongside the ability to customize your speeder, you can also upgrade your speeder bike in Star Wars Outlaws. For that, seek out Valith Nuulvys in Mirogana and Trellem Hobarchi in Jaunta’s Hope on Toshara—the game’s first main planet. These merchants—more like mechanics—will sell you various upgrades for your speeder so long as you have the credits and resources to craft said improvements.
But you’ll also unlock additional, more powerful upgrades through quest rewards. For example, as you explore the cantina in Mirogana, there’s an NPC on passersby’s lips, Selo Rovak, known as Mechanic, who offers a quest chain that unlocks Speed Boost for your speeder.
Alongside customizing your speeder, you can customize the Trailblazer and Kay Vess with various clothing and cosmetics!
