Civilization 7 DLC Leaked Ahead Of Reveal

The first set of post-launch DLC scheduled for Civilization 7 has been leaked ahead of its official reveal.

Polygon revealed unannounced leaders, civilizations, and natural wonders ahead of Today’s scheduled announcement from Firaxis and 2K Games. According to the early posting, the following will be coming to Civilization 7 as DLC.

  • Leaders: Ada Lovelace, Simón Bolívar, Xerxes (Achaemenid persona), Friedrich (Baroque persona)
  • Civilizations: Shawnee, Great Britain, Carthage, Bulgaria, Nepal
  • Natural Wonders: Machapuchare, Mount Fuji, Vihren, Vinicunca

The article has since been updated, but the original version of it can be viewed here. For more information on the upcoming DLC, Firaxis Games is holding a Multiplayer and Post-Launch developer stream today (January 30) at 1pm ET. You can watch the livestream below for the latest from the developers.

Civilization 7 launches on February 11 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. Those who decide to buy one of the more expensive versions of the game will get to play starting February 6, five days before Standard Edition owners.

If you are one that plans on playing Civilization 7 on PC, there are different spec requirements depending on the quality you’re looking from. For those without modern hardware, you can play it on CPUs as old as the Intel Core i3-101000 or AMD Ryzen 3 1200 and graphics cards as old as the Nvidia GTX 1050 and AMD RX 460.

If you want to play it at the highest settings, however, you’ll need at least a 14th-gen Intel CPU or AMD Ryzen 9 5950X along with an Nvidia RTX 4070 or AMD Radeon RX 7800XT.
