Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is available now for everyone, and the developers at Treyarch and Raven are actively working on future updates for the game. While updates will include new additions, there are also a number of issues that the developers know need to be fixed.
To keep open the transparency with their players, the studios have a publicly accessible Trello board. As of first publishing on October 28, there are five known major issues within the game: four in multiplayer and one in the campaign.

As more issues are discovered, the team will continue to update the board. When resolved, these issues will be part of future Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 updates.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Known Issues (October 28, 2024)
Multiplayer
- Players will notice that some “Killer” Calling Card challenges do not show their recorded progress in the menus.
- Progress has not been lost and calling cards can still be unlocked. Calling cards impacted include: Double Killer, Triple Killer, Fury Killer, and Bloodthirsty Killer
- In very rare circumstances, players have reported dying upon selecting a loadout in Search & Destroy.
- Some players will receive the wrong weapon when selecting a custom loadout.
- Some players automatically spawn in-game rather than spectating when joining in-progress.
- Players may sometimes notice that progression levels are incorrect on in-game Scoreboards.
- Players may sometimes notice that progression levels are incorrect in main menus.
Campaign
- We have identified an issue where Enhanced Headphone Mode settings were preventing players from cross-launching across titles/modes. We have temporarily disabled this feature while we investigate with our partners.
