Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 will be released worldwide on October 25, 2024, and like its previous iterations, the Prestige and usual progression system will continue.
You need to grind through certain levels before reaching the Prestige levels. As per CoD’s official blog post, the main Progression System will be available for Multiplayer and Zombies at launch, while the one for Warzone will start with the release of Season 01.
How to Prestige in Call of Duty Black Ops 6
To Prestige in Call of Duty Black Ops 6, you must reach player level 55 first. The easiest way to level up fast is simply by playing the game. Also, pay attention to all the daily and seasonal objectives, as they will earn you that extra XP for fast leveling up.
As the blog mentioned, you may either play the multiplayer mode or grind your way to Prestige in the Zombies mode. Black Ops 6 marks the return of classic Prestige meaning – it will reset to level 1 once you hit the highest level. After that, all Level Unlocks will be relocked, excluding:
- Base Operators
- Emotes
- Zombies GobbleGums
- Weapon Progression, Camos, Reticles
- Weapon builds
- Challenge Progress & Unlocks.
- Store and Battle Pass content
However, your loadouts will be reset, and Lifetime stats will remain viewable in the Combat Record. There will be 10 Prestige levels in total, and once you reach Prestige 10, you will unlock 1,000 more levels.
