The gameplay of the new Black Ops 6 campaign has been revealed at Gamescom’s Opening Night Live; check out the trailer below:
The Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 campaign is set in the early 1990s when the Cold War had just ended. You will meet familiar names such as Frank Woods and Russell Adler and unearth a crazy conspiracy. The gameplay trailer showcases the ‘Most Wanted’ mission, where players try to rescue Adler from a black site, but things don’t seem to go their way.
The Black Ops 6 campaign trailer features players doing the dirty work, capturing compromising images, collecting evidence, and engaging in melee combat. The campaign might also have some quick-time events. Of course, you get into weapons action later in the trailer, where we see the highly anticipated Omnimovement feature in play.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 will reveal more in-depth multiplayer and zombies on August 28, 2024, just days before the game’s multiplayer beta, starting on August 30th across all platforms.
Black Ops 6 will launch on October 25, 2024, on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series S|X, and PC.
In other news, the ‘founder’ of the H2M ‘Modern Warfare 2 Remastered’ mod stated that Activision was worried about the mod interfering with Black Ops 6 sales.
