Every game of Balatro is different—unless you use one of the best Balatro Seeds. The final destination may be similar to runs you’ve had before, but the sheer depth of the game’s content means practically every run is new. There are thousands of possibilities, and one run could see you solely pursue Tarot Cards, or you may seek out Balatro’s Rare and Legendary Jokers.

There are 20 Rare Jokers in Balatro. Many are unlocked from the get-go, whereas others need to be unlocked through nefarious and devious means.

It’s time for the cream of the crop. Balatro’s Legendary Jokers are the rarest and some of the most devastating. Getting a Soul Card is quite difficult and only happens every few hours of gameplay (unless you’re lucky), but you learn to savor a Legendary Joker if you get the chance to use one.
