Alan Wake 2 Lake House Expansion Release Date Surfaces Online

According to listings found on Australian and New Zealand websites, Alan Wake 2’s Lake House Expansion is expected to be released on October 22, 2024. Check out the full story below.

Spotted by Eclipse_MediaYT on r/GamingLeaksAndRumours, PlotPointsYT has found listings for Alan Wake II Deluxe Edition physical copies on JB Hi-Fi and EB Games websites. If you scroll down on the EB Games listing, you will see that the website has mentioned that “the in-disc DLC for the Lake House Expansion will not unlock until midnight on October 22 2024.” This has led players to believe that Alan Wake 2’s Lake House expansion releases next week.

The listing further mentions that the Alan Wake II Deluxe Edition will include the Parliament Shotgun Skin for Alan, Nordic Shotgun Skin for Saga, Lantern Charm for Saga, Night Springs Expansion Pass & Lake House Expansion Pass, Alan Wake Remastered Digital Edition, Crimson Windbreaker and Celebrity Suit.

Alan Wake 2’s Lake House expansion was announced during PlayStation’s State of Play event in September, where they confirmed that the former will be entering the Control Universe. According to Xbox’s latest announcement, Remedy Entertainment is a confirmed partner at their Partner Preview event on October 17, and we might get an official release date announcement for Alan Wake 2’s Lake House expansion tomorrow.

In other news, Remedy has partnered with Annapurna to bring Control and Alan Wake to film and television. What are your thoughts on Alan Wake 2’s Lake House Expansion releasing on October 22? Let us know in the comments or our new community forum!
