Fortnite and Epic Games have confirmed that Adventure Time will be the latest intellectual property to join the ranks of of many others in a Fortnite crossover. While Fortnite has only officially dropped teasers, the community leakers have uncovered a massive trove of cosmetics and items coming soon.
It’s Time to Go to Very Distant Lands
Fortnite confirmed the arrival of Adventure Time today with teaser images of the show’s main characters Finn the Human and Jake the Dog. But according to the plethora of Fortnite leakers and dataminers, the two main characters are just the tip of the iceberg (possibly created by the Ice King).
According to prominent Fortnite leaker HYPEX, Finn and Jake will be joined by two more iconic Adventure Time characters Marceline and Princess Bubblegum. Each character will have its own outfit, pickaxe, and backpack (Back Bling). Finn and Jake will reportedly have their own synced emote together and will each have a car skin that should be playable in Rocket Racing. Both Marceline and Princess Bubblegum will supposedly have instruments that can be used in Fortnite Festival (and in battle royale emotes). Finally, all four outfits will have LEGO Fortnite versions.

Marceline’s iconic battle axe guitar will be added to Fortnite, while while another fan favorite character in Lumpy Space Princess will appear in-game as a keytar. The show is well known for using several original songs, but it’s unclear if any will be added to the Fortnite Festival mode, especially right after the highly anticipated arrival of pop star Sabrina Carpenter. But like with any major Fortnite crossover, Adventure Time’s arrival will coincide with a special in-game event and thematic challenges, which players should be able to complete to unlock various rewards.
